At Home Senior Fitness is dedicated to providing personalized, in-home fitness training for adults aged 65 and older. We are here to help seniors stay active, safe, and independent by offering fitness programs tailored to individual needs. We specialize in functional fitness training, strength and flexibility training, balance improvement, and fall prevention. Our services include evaluating clients' fitness levels, designing customized exercise programs, teaching proper exercise techniques, and providing home safety assessments for fall prevention. We serve clients within a 15-mile radius of Marietta, PA, including Lancaster, York, and Dauphin County.

Meet Our Founder and Your Trainer

MELISSA COLLINS, CPT, MPT

I’m Melissa Collins, a certified personal trainer with a master’s degree in physical therapy. Helping seniors maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through fitness and wellness has been my lifelong passion.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of working with seniors in a variety of settings, including home health, nursing homes, inpatient rehab, and outpatient clinics. I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, COPD, CHF, post-surgical recovery, arthritis, strokes, and dementia.

Whether your goal is to recover after surgery, improve your strength and mobility, or reduce your risk of falls, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, so you can stay active, independent, and confident in the comfort of your own home.
